Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse or dispatched or with in 1 day. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account. For further details, you can contact our Customer Support team at 0183-5011602

Modification Policy

You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at 0183-5011602.


Arneja Pet & Plastic’s Returns & Exchange Policy

Arneja Pet & Plastics (Arneja Plastics) is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt of the products.


15-days Return & Exchange Policy


In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return or exchange the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund.


Return/Exchange Process


1     Customers should contact 0183-5011602 or write to us to within 15 days from the receipt of product.
2     All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and intact in their original condition, in unwashed and undamaged condition (for e.g. Bottles with packaging must be same as original and returned), and should not be scratched, broken or tampered with.


3     Provide the invoice into the package for return process. Without the invoice, returns will not be processed.


4     Where a part of the product is no longer available, all other components or parts that make the product complete must be brought in for return or exchange, even though these parts are in good condition (seals, base, cap etc).


5     In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it, the free gift shall also be returned with the product.


6     In case of returns, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made.


7     If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of item or receipt of a manufacturing defect item, you may request for the replacement of the item. The alternative product chosen for replacement should be an item from our regular catalog at the stated price. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.


8     If the alternative product used for Exchange is lesser in value, then points will be issued to your Arneja Plastics account.


9     If the alternative product used for Exchange is higher in value, the customer will be required to pay for the difference in value.


10   Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.


Before accepting delivery of any product, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the product is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 0183-5011602 or write to us to info@arnejaplastics.commentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
